Outlaw triathlon took place a month ago and it was a big event for the Parcours team, with many athletes taking on the race. Unusual cold water temps, resulted in a shortened swim, but that didn’t deter our fearless athletes from having their best day.

We have already heard from Jonathan Gleeson-Solomon, and now we hear from two other Team Parcours members, and .tri who gave us a short run down of their days.

We have an incredible group of Parcours Ambassadors this year, from a range of disciplines and levels of performance. We all love celebrating the successes, the achievements, the wins. But sport isn’t all sunshine and roses. It’s a rollercoaster of highs and lows.

is an “Advanced Critical Care Practitioner” on the intensive care unit working 13 hour shifts, day and night. She’s also been apply for a PhD, along side training and racing on the National Road Racing Series, the highest level of racing on the domestic UK calendar. We think Anna is incredible, managing all she does, and even more so as she took the time to talk about times when it doesn’t go to plan and doesn’t work out, and the lessons learnt!

Team Parcours member kick-started his racing season at Outlaw Half this year. Jonathan has a genetic blood condition called haemochromatosis, causing him to absorb excess iron into his blood. He now races to raise awareness for this condition with the slogan
