He takes the time to understand the job beforehand, listens to others and applies what he learns in the field. At Sunco, our core values aren’t just words on a wall...they’re something we look for and celebrate in our team every day.
Each month during our Safety Meeting, employees have the opportunity to recognize a teammate who they’ve seen living out one of our core values. Those employees receive the corresponding Core Value sticker to proudly add to their hard hat or water bottle.
It may be a small sticker, but it represents something BIG: the character, teamwork, and commitment that make Sunco who we are. 💙

We love taking time each month to recognize our people for doing things the Sunco way. 🏗️

Things are looking a little torn up at Citizens Bank in downtown Mooresville—and that’s exactly what we like to see! 👷‍♂️
Our team is hard at work on the drive-thru renovation, and sometimes you have to tear things apart before you can build them back better.
