Our Team was called out to help with a 25 Ton York RTU not working.

Circuit 2 was not working and sounded like rocks when starting.

What went unnoticed was a restriction in the drier filter(incorrect size from factory specs was installed) in circuit #1 that was also causing that circuit to go off on LPS. We were also able to catch a faulty contactor and got them swapped to prevent any further issues.

Was able to give this unit a good cleaning as well as it was pretty full of dirt.

Something about about bettering yourself by learning about load calculation and how to correctly size a system and learning how to do them drives me to do better for my trade. Does any of my HVAC friends hate WYE connections as much as I do?

We are proud to also announce we are working on becoming a local Certified ASSE 6010 Medical Gas Installer. So if any of our clients are needing this service we would love to help. Will trade work for some N20—We are just joking about the N20 but seriously everyone needs a good laugh right ? 🤣

Roofers decided to go Wild Wild West on the roof and s**t a Lineset.

Unit must have been running for a while after all the refrigerant was lost as you can see all the contamination in the line being pulled out from the system. Bad news was it was snot fully repairable and compressor or unit will need to be replaced.
