We have split up our company into two separate companies, Aver Septic and Aver Contracting. Aver Contracting will house all of our Construction Projects. Aver Septic will house all of our engineering and septic services!

2024 was a great year! Aver installed 52 Septic Systems, secured 75 Operations & Maintenance Contracts, Pumped 312 septic tanks, Maintained 12 Restaurants Grease Traps, Performed 45 Transfer of Title Inspections, Successfully completed 5 Commercial Utility Projects and General Contracted a beautiful home in Steamboat Springs, CO! In 2025 we are expanding our Commercial Utility Division and Environmental Division into Park County, Summit County, Teller County, Fremont County, Adams County, Arapahoe County, Douglas County and Elbert County, as well as continued operations in El Paso County Colorado. We look forward to working with you in 2025! Happy New year to all of the friends of Aver Contracting! Cheers!
