Painting Brick is so satisfying. :). Also, this paint project made this building about 50 years newer... moreover, new acrylic paints seals the brick and making a strong barrier between the aging brick/mortar and the atmosphere elements; thus, adding years of new life to the structure. :). Take a look at some before and afters of a project we completed recently:

There is an original picture I believe near the end of the picture bundle. … It’s been about 5 years since www transformed this plain old brick building into a modern day building. Unbelievable what the right paint can do. It adheres well, it SEALS breaking mortar and keeps the brick together (it still breaths from the other side), and so much more. Painting can save a lot.

Before and after. A client in Plainfield, IL wanted a WHOLE MAKEOVER…. and they received. 😊. We saved them tens of thousands by using a “polyshade” coat on the preexisting golden oak staircase. Also, we transformed their baseboards and casings into white; as well as the walls (Dover White). Truly amazing. 🤩 🦖 More pictures in the comments (can’t wait until the new carpet is installed; plus finishing the master bedroom).*
