Flat and properly graded aren’t the same thing. 👏🏼

Proper grading gives water somewhere to go. The right slope helps move water away from structures and prevents standing water, erosion, and drainage problems down the road.

In honor of International Coffee Day—We are throwing it back to when our crew helped get the future home of 7 Brew in Troy, AL ready to go!

The dirt was hauled in, the site was graded to grade, and the groundwork was set for what you see there today. 💪🏻☕️
