Crafted for a discerning client in the prestigious Talisker Club's Tuhaye community, this residence stands as an embodiment of strength and elegance within a gated enclave. Positioned on an elevated lot, the house offers panoramic views of the luxury golf course and beautiful Wasatch mountain peaks. Organic and contemporary materials harmoniously blend, creating a timeless aesthetic that demands attention.

The client's vision was clear: a unifying connection between indoor and outdoor living. From the expansive master suite to each bedroom being an ensuite, the 6,700-square-foot dwelling reflects meticulous attention to detail. The outdoor space is an entertainer's dream, boasting an outdoor kitchen, dining area, fire pit, and spa—a testament to luxury living in nature's embrace.

Poised in the prestigious Golden Eagle development of Hideout, UT, this 5,000-square-foot mountain modern residence strategically embraces its downhill lot. Careful design prioritizes stunning views—main areas framing Bald Mountain and Deer Valley, while the master suite captures the allure of Mount Timpanogos. Outdoor spaces cater to both entertainment and relaxation, featuring a gas fireplace, outdoor kitchen, and panoramic deck off the great room, complemented by a lower-level gas fire pit. The exterior harmonizes natural stone, wood siding, and steel structural elements, encapsulating the essence of mountain modern aesthetics. This dwelling stands as a reflection of luxurious living in nature’s embrace.

Nestled on a steep downhill lot in Hideout, Utah's Soaring Hawk development, this 4,200-square-foot residence redefines mountain modern living. Maximizing allowable square footage and flooded with natural light, the design prioritizes spaciousness in the main living areas. Comprising natural stone, wood, and metal siding with exposed steel beams, the house seamlessly blends traditional roof lines with contemporary design elements. The master bathroom showcases a unique wet room, merging the shower and tub within the same space. Due to the steepness of the lot, extensive boulder retaining walls were required. Interior design challenges included adhering to height restrictions while creating expansive interior spaces. This residence harmonizes design innovation with the natural contours of its mountainous surroundings.
