Laborer - Rough Carpenter - Finish Carpenter - Sider - Concrete

We are looking for multiple new crew members to join our team. Mindt Construction has been the premiere Custom home builder in northern ND for 40 years.

Individuals we are looking for are motivated and want to learn from some of the best in all fields. Cannot be afraid of hard work. Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.

As we have tons of work all over, some hires must be able to travel and stay out of town during the week if needed.

Pay will be dependent on experience and will train for those who want to learn.

Big things are starting to happen on North Hill! Demolition of the West wing of the church has begun and a huge remodel is underway at Grace Lutheran Church in Minot, ND.

Big thanks to the Church for allowing Mindt Construction to make your vision into a reality. Great to see a local community church doing a big renovation.
