Progress is growing in Chaska.

Our team is transforming a 42,000 SF industrial building into BLOM's future cultivation, manufacturing, and retail facility. With rough-ins complete, we're now moving into the next phase of mechanical installation and infrastructure work.

Excited to watch this one continue to take shape.

For one perfect summer afternoon, the Ancoats team traded project meetings for picnic tables and job sites for volleyball courts at our first annual company summer picnic.

Most importantly, we got to spend time with the people who make Ancoats what it is—our team and their families. A pretty great way to kick off what we hope becomes a long-standing tradition.

Special thanks to USA Inflatables, Chick-fil-A and for the fun, food and cool treats.

We're excited to have Hannah Ekman and Kristina Pratt join Ancoats this summer as Project Engineer Interns.

Hannah recently completed her first year in construction studies after discovering a passion for the building process itself. Kristina is studying Architecture and Construction Management at the University of Minnesota and loves seeing construction drawings come to life.

This summer they'll be learning in the field, gaining hands-on experience, asking lots of questions, and soaking up as much knowledge as they can.

We're excited to have them on the team and can't wait to see what they learn this summer. Welcome to the team, Hannah and Kristina!

came together as more than just a retail build, it was about creating an experience people actually want to be in.

Working alongside , this space transformed from a former grocery store into a warm, welcoming environment with custom millwork, flexible layouts, and multiple ways to shop.

What started on paper is now real, and every detail made it through.

Meet the people behind the work.

Next up, Tony Herrgot, Superintendent.

Off the jobsite, he’s all about family, fresh air, and good food. Tony and his family stay busy on their hobby farm, raising chickens and pigs, and keeping their garden going.

Favorite meal to make? Shrimp tacos 🌮 with homemade mango salsa.

And if he had a full day to himself? You can find him sitting outside on the patio, relaxing with great food and an adult beverage. 🌞

We love seeing the new Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Minnesota (WRC) featured on KARE 11 — and we’re even more excited to have helped bring this one-of-a-kind project to life.

Giving a home to 2,000 lost ducklings every year is no small feat. In partnership with the WRC in Grant, Minnesota, we have just reached completion of this specialized aquatic rehabilitation facility just in time for duckling season. The new "Taj Mahal" for ducks, includes 20 rehabilitation pools, enclosed recovery spaces, and a state-of-the-art water filtration system designed to support orphaned and injured aquatic wildlife.

A huge thank you to our project partners, including: AWH Architects, Schadegg Mechanical, Laketown Electric, Elan Design LAE, and Tekton Engineers for helping create a safe and sustainable home for our Minnesota aquatic friends.

Watch the Kare 11 feature here 👉🏼:

Ducklings are getting help at the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Minnesota where they just opened a new facility for aquatic animals.
