Next up, Bill Hennen, Superintendent.

Outside of work, Bill’s favorite place to be is with his wife and three kids. Whether he’s cheering on his oldest daughter in volleyball (with Mom as coach) or spending time together outdoors, family always comes first.

If he had a full day to himself? He’d either do absolutely nothing... or sneak away to North Long Lake in Brainerd for a quiet day of fishing.

Steady, dependable, and family-first. That’s Bill, both on and off the jobsite.

This week, our team traded the jobsite for a different kind of project, joining forces with &hammers to give a neighbor’s home some much-needed TLC.

From painting to repairs, our team put in the work together to help refresh the home and support a member of our community. With several new faces at Ancoats, it was also a great chance to spend time together outside of our day-to-day work!

Good work, good people, and a good reminder of what can happen when a team comes together. 💪

We're excited to be partnering with Jester Concepts, , and on the upcoming expansion of Rustica Wayzata. The project will add more than 50 seats to the restaurant, giving even more people a place to gather while keeping the charm that's made Rustica a favorite in the community.

Construction kicks off soon, and we'll be sharing the transformation from start to finish.

We're proud to partner with Jester Concepts and Studio Grey on the transformation of the future home of Revival in Minneapolis' North Loop. The 3,000 SF renovation will refresh the space with updated finishes, new seating, custom millwork, and more——all designed to breathe new life into a space people already know and love.

Big news!!! We found our new home! The next chapter is about to begin and we cannot wait to welcome you in! 🐓

The chicken will come home to roost at 730 Washington Ave. N. this fall.

From intern to full-time team member, we're excited to officially welcome Diego Mendoza into his new role as Project Engineer at Ancoats.

Since joining Ancoats as an intern, he's contributed to projects across the corporate, healthcare, and life sciences markets, where collaboration and creative problem-solving are part of every day. Outside of work, you'll find him golfing, hunting, ice fishing, traveling, or spending time with friends.

Congratulations to Mridula Arun on her promotion to Assistant Project Manager II and Mia Marriott on her promotion to Assistant Project Manager I.

From restaurant renovations and life sciences facilities to corporate and nonprofit projects, Mridula and Mia have each helped deliver the thoughtful, high-quality work our clients expect. More importantly, they've become teammates others can count on—collaborative, curious, and always willing to do what's needed to move a project forward.

We're excited to share that Ancoats will be moving into the historic Engine House this September.

Built in 1902, the building originally served as a maintenance facility for steam-powered locomotives. More than a century later, the spaces where railroad crews once repaired engines have been transformed into offices, meeting spaces, and creative work environments.

Its history, character, and ability to adapt over time are a big part of what drew us to the space. We can't wait to make it our home and become part of its next chapter!

More to come as we get ready for the move this fall.

Some details are worth keeping.

At Mirabelle in Excelsior, the bar, floors, wood beams and other original elements were preserved and brought into the next chapter of the space. The goal was simple, keep the character, elevate the experience without losing the history and character of the space.

A project rooted in craftsmanship, care, and knowing when to build around what already works.
