Squirrel damage to wires and power loss due to such. Repaired horrible wire runs with sloppy and dangerous junctions. Did assessment and cleaned up all junction points and made safe and to code. Installed new fixture in fabricated bedroom and installed new 3 way relay for new hallway lights. Changed out old can lights for new and more efficient LED wafer lights in Kitchen and throughout.

Did a quick job for a Customer who developed a Thumb sized hole in their plumbing to the kitchen sink, and also at the fittings. Removed counter and base to get access to the assembly behind it. Removed the pesky drum trap and rebuilt the drain run all new. Added structure behind so that the base can be secured to the wall finally, reset base, and caulked it back in good "as new". Easy peasy. 😉👍
