🔨 FROM PLASTER & LATH TO NEW DRYWALL, INSULATION, AND PAINT
This project went well beyond a cosmetic remodel.
We opened the walls all the way down to the studs, removed the old plaster and lath, and rebuilt the space properly from the inside out.
✅ Full plaster & lath demolition
✅ Walls opened to the framing
✅ R-19 insulation added
✅ Fire blocking installed
✅ New drywall installed & finished
✅ Primed and painted
✅ Trim finished for a clean final product
Older homes can look great on the surface while hiding outdated or poorly insulated wall assemblies underneath. Opening things up gives us the opportunity to address those issues before everything gets covered back up.
