Hello I'm Davo, the "vo" in Jenvo Electric. Today is/was Jenn's Birthday. Instead of taking the day off with the family and dinner with me, her husband, she worked over a dozen service calls, gave out bids and pulled permits after getting three crews out with material to help restore power to our residents and friends.

Jenn works hard each and every day with a smile on her face. She hasn't had a customer yet who she hasn't friended. She's also a board member for Lighthouse Private Christian Academy, teaches electrical courses, a successful business woman, wife, mother and grandmother.

Each and every morning she gets up at 4am to workout, makes breakfast, prepares her sons lunch all while answering texts and phone calls for the business. Then she heads out to give estimates, work service calls and pulls permits and orders material.

When she's not at work, she's all about her family. She loves boating, cycling, nice dinners and vacations. She loves waiting on everyone hand and foot.

Personally Jenn is the best wife a man could ask for. She strives to be the best business partner, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and cousin. Most importantly she loves God. She has a heart for Jesus, loves and knows her Bible in and out. And she lives it everyday in the way she serves others.

Anyways help me wish her a Happy Birthday. Thank you for taking time to read this and allowing me to brag on my wife. I'm proud of all she does and everything she will accomplish.

💙⚡ FROM OUR JENVO ELECTRIC FAMILY TO YOURS — THANK YOU! ⚡💙

The love we have received today has been unimaginable!

We want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to everyone who has recommended Jenvo Electric, shared our posts, passed along our number, or trusted us to take care of your electrical needs.

Your support means more to us than you could ever know! ❤️

As a female-owned, family-operated, hometown electrical company, we aren’t just working in this community — we are PART of this community.

Especially during times when our neighbors need us most, we want you to know that our commitment doesn’t stop when the workday ends or the weekend begins.

We will continue to work tirelessly, show up, and do everything we can to help our community recover, rebuild, and move forward.

Every recommendation, every kind word, and every opportunity to serve reminds us why we started this business in the first place.

We’re not here just to build a business. We’re here to build relationships, earn trust, and make a difference — one family, one home, and one job at a time.

From our family to yours, thank you for believing in us, supporting us, and allowing us to serve the community we love. 💙

⚡ AFTER THE STORM, WHO YOU HIRE MATTERS! ⚡

💙 Your home. Your family. Your safety.

When a hurricane hits, we understand that everyone wants to get their homes repaired, their power restored, and life back to normal as quickly as possible.

But PLEASE remember — the cheapest or fastest repair isn’t always the safest repair!

After a major storm, contractors often come from all over offering quick fixes. Unfortunately, not everyone knocking on your door is properly licensed, insured, or willing to pull the required permits.

🚨 WHY DOES HIRING A LICENSED ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR MATTER?

✅ LICENSED & INSURED: A properly licensed electrical contractor is held to professional and state standards designed to protect you and your property.

✅ PERMITS MATTER: When required, permits help ensure electrical work meets applicable codes and receives the proper inspections. They aren’t just paperwork — they’re an important part of protecting your home.

✅ YOUR INSURANCE MATTERS: Improper or unpermitted electrical work can create complications with insurance claims, future repairs, and even selling your home.

✅ HIDDEN DAMAGE IS REAL: Storm-damaged electrical systems can have problems you cannot see. Improper repairs can lead to electrical fires, shock hazards, and serious injuries long after the storm has passed.

⚠️ If someone tells you, “We can do it cheaper without a permit,” that should be a RED FLAG!

A reputable contractor should be willing to explain licensing, permit requirements, and the inspections your job may need.

One of the things we would like to do is help our community with some knowledge and understanding of what to do and not to do after the storm!
