“It was Labor Day weekend…” 🇺🇸

In observance of Labor Day, Swamps Property Maintenance will be closed Saturday, Sunday & Monday, giving our hardworking crew a well-deserved long weekend.

We’ll return to normal operations Tuesday, September 8th, rested and ready to get back to work!

📲 Current customers: We will continue monitoring calls and messages throughout the weekend for urgent matters. Non-urgent calls, messages, and estimate requests will be returned when we reopen Tuesday.

Sometimes the price isn’t the only factor when choosing how to spend your hard earned money.

It’s about choosing a contractor who stands behind their work. One who checks in long after the job is finished. One who genuinely cares that every project continues to look and perform its best.

This beautiful gazebo was completed over two years ago. I happened to be in the area today and stopped by to take a look.

Honestly, it looks even better than the day we left it. The grass is lush and green, the landscaping has matured beautifully, and seeing a family truly make it part of their home is what it’s all about.

Projects may start with lumber and screws, but they end with memories, family gatherings, and a place to call home. That’s why we do what we do.
