A little lawncare action before the sweltering heat this morning.

‼️‼️ FYI THIS PROPERTY LOCATED IN LINCOLN, DE IS FOR SALE‼️‼️

Great location just a few steps from the Little Lincoln store. Great for a small business such as produce stand, Massage studio, barber shop, etc. No tub or shower but it does have upgraded septic with small sink & toilet.
It was a small office for a financial advisor for many years. Would be a great spot for a potential building/ shop in the rear to run a small business home base out of.

When you have a customer that has become one of your biggest hype men on social media, you just have to do a little extra.
Called to have an overgrown bush/tree removed but we just had to show some appreciation for the support with some mulch thrown into the deal. Thanks again Jason Betit !!

To all of our customers who have allowed us to place a sign on their property—thank you, we appreciate your support.
To the mysterious sign collector who's been removing and trashing them: we're honored that our signs occupy so much space in your head. We can only assume that if your work spoke for itself, you wouldn't need to spend your free time worrying about ours.
Keep taking them down if it helps you sleep at night. We'll keep putting them up and grinding stumps. Everybody has a hobby. 😏

Just wanted to share a little note on God's blessings, karma, payback, whatever you choose to call it - it's definitely a thing. Went to a local store to grab a breakfast sandwich this morning as I headed out to a job. There was a gentleman who walked in and grabbed a drink from the cooler. I leaned over to the lady at the register and told her to ring up his drink too. The man then proceeded to ask for three breakfast sandwiches. I had a slight 'yikes' moment in my head and told her to ring those up as well. As I left, I patted the gentleman on the shoulder and told him to have a great day.

While on the job, I was approached by two separate individuals from the same neighborhood asking for our services, which we were able to complete as well. One place led to more work to be scheduled later. Also, we bid on and achieved another large job from someone else who had reached out prior.

Paying it forward has its rewards when it comes from the heart.
