The numbers are in—and this home absolutely crushed its blower door test. 👏

A blower door test measures how much air leaks through a home's building envelope. The lower the number, the tighter and more energy-efficient the home.

✅ Code requirement: 3.0 ACH50 or less
✅ This home achieved: 0.90 ACH50

That's nearly 70% tighter than the required standard.

It never stops amazing me how quickly progress happens once a project gets rolling.

Just a short time ago, this was an empty slab. Now the walls are up, the trusses are set, and the structure is taking shape. It's always rewarding to watch a plan on paper become a real building in just a matter of days.

This new garage is coming together nicely, and we're excited to keep moving it toward the finish line.
