Meet the owner of Precision Landscaping & Demolition LLC
Hey, Central Kentucky! My name is Colin Gatz, and I'm the owner of Precision Landscaping & Demolition LLC. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself, share the vision behind PLD, and tell you a little about how our company came to be.
I was born in Chicago and was soon adopted by an incredible family who raised me in Lexington, Kentucky. Lexington has always been home, and it's where I learned the values of hard work, integrity, and taking pride in doing things the right way.
After graduating from high school, I went to the Kentucky Welding Institute, which led to a career as a pipe welder. I spent several years traveling across the country working on large-scale industrial projects. Those years taught me discipline, sharpened my attention to detail, and reinforced the importance of doing every job right the first time.
While I've always enjoyed being a craftsman, I've also always dreamed of building something of my own—something that would allow me to give back to the communities that helped shape the man I am today. The values instilled in me and the skills I've developed over the years became the foundation of Precision Landscaping & Demolition LLC. What started as a small side business has grown into a trusted local company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Central Kentucky.
