I’m a new residential construction business, licensed and insured, looking to build strong working relationships with local subcontractors — especially electricians, plumbers, and HVAC companies. I’m also offering my services to homeowners for any construction needs, including repairs, remodels, updates, additions, and even full house builds.

If you’re a subcontractor interested in partnering, or a homeowner needing reliable work, feel free to reach out.

Pick ONE — the other two get launched into Lake Superior:
Northern Michigan summers (boats, sunburns, and $9 ice cream)
Mid‑Michigan fall (c***r mills, donuts, and pretending you’re a leaf expert)
U.P. winters (200 inches of snow and people who call that ‘a light dusting’)

Choose wisely — your Michigan citizenship might get revoked.”

And while you’re down there fighting in the comments…
Cole McCribs LLC is officially LICENSED & INSURED. I’m here to take care of your construction needs rather it’s a drywall repair. An addition a wall knocked out or even an entire house build get a hold of me.

While waiting for Frost Laws to lift in Northern Michigan, I’ve been tackling smaller projects—just wrapped up these custom cedar garden boxes. Need a garden refresh or custom build? I’ve got you.

For the record, this wasn’t a year‑long build. The iPhone grabbed a photo date from last summer. Real turnaround: one day.
