Update on our January Caulking Special (Now February's Special)
January ended up being really cold (even for Michigan), and with the freezing temps we weren’t able to schedule as many caulking projects as we normally would. Caulking in the wrong conditions just doesn’t hold up the way it should, and we never want to rush something that affects your home long-term.
Because of that, we’re extending our January Caulking Special into February as weather allows. If you were hoping to get on the schedule but the timing didn’t work out, this gives you another chance once temps cooperate a little more.

• Cost includes labor, materials, up to 10 windows ($20 each/there after).
✔ $300 — Learn the Basics option
• We complete the caulking
• Walk you through the process step-by-step if you’d like
• Explain what materials to use, where caulking is most important, and what to watch for over time
• Help you feel confident maintaining it yourself in the future
• Cost includes labor, materials, training on up to 10 windows ($20 each/there after).
This series is about education, transparency, and empowerment — helping homeowners protect their investment and know when it’s time to call a professional.
