There’s no better time than now to fire up this brand new fireplace and enjoy the beautiful view for this family! Our team just finished renovating an old existing porch and added to the homes square footage with this beautiful new living space. We added new windows, doors, and a beautiful trim finish on the windows and ceiling. Our team also built this custom gas fireplace wrapped in a field stone.

We’re delivering the best presents for Christmas and it’s finished basements! This one has it all. We did a full french door walkout, premium quality theater room with star lit ceiling, full bathroom with tiled shower and frameless glass, custom built in bunk beds, gym area, kitchenette, and of course a secret bookshelf door.

Wrapping up another one! This 12’ custom desk was all hand made. It includes all inlayed drawers and doors. We included back lighting, printer drawer, file storage and hidden wiring. It was finished in a Bunglehouse blue with a natural butcher block desk top with glass on top.

Some finishing touches going on at this full home Reno. We ripped out a few walls and closets on the first floor and moved the laundry room to the second floor. Our team installed new solid white oak hardwoods throughout the entire house with new trim, new kitchen cabinets with new layout and waterfall Island countertop. For the old laundry room we moved the garage entry door and installed a bank of cabinets for a clean looking mudroom.

Is your house missing a fireplace? Let us add one for you! On this project we installed a gas fireplace in a Chase that we wrapped in real natural stone veneer. We filled the spots to the left and right with a custom built in with back lighting and oak accents. The Mantel was also a custom piece we made complete with an electrical outlet for decorations.

“Can you make our existing porch a three seasons room?”
Of course!
We installed as many windows as we could for a nice view and as much sunlight as possible. We also installed a huge slider with transom. On the inside we put in some porcelain tiles on the floor, four recessed, and a fan. We took advantage of the existing chimney bump out and installed stone veneer with a tv and mantel. On the interior of the house we were able to add a half bath to the laundry room and add an additional toilet, like it was meant to be!

Our team came back for phase 2 on this “Poolvilion” and finished up in time for summer. We wrapped the existing pressure treated beams and posts with stained cedar and replaced the 4x6 posts with solid cedar beams. We stained and installed a tongue and groove pine on the ceilings and soffits and installed black downspouts and gutters.

What a transformation on this detached garage we finished up. This old garage was in desperate need of some attention. We replaced the doors, windows, sheathing, siding, and garage doors on the exterior. For the inside we ripped out the old carpet and laid down lvp with new stained stair treads. We cut in three new skylights and gave the bathroom new life. Not a bad spot to hangout or get some work done!
