7 YEARS OLD AND STILL GOING STRONG! 🔥❄️
Today’s service call — a 7-year-old Airtemp gas furnace getting its routine cleaning and maintenance.
Regular maintenance isn’t just about keeping things clean. It helps catch small problems before they become expensive repairs, keeps the system operating safely and efficiently, and can help extend the life of your equipment.
This one is cleaned, serviced, checked over, and ready for another Pennsylvania heating season. 👍

THIS is why choosing the right HVAC contractor matters.
This system was installed only about two years ago, and now the homeowner is paying to have the installation corrected.
Poor ductwork, improper clearances, questionable return-air setup, sloppy piping and wiring, and equipment installed in a way that makes proper service difficult — there’s a lot happening in these pictures that should never have been left for a homeowner.
The cheapest price isn’t always the cheapest job.
A heating and cooling system is only as good as the installation behind it. When corners are cut the first time, somebody eventually has to come back and make it right — and unfortunately, the homeowner ends up paying twice.
In a couple weeks, Bretz Mechanical Heating & Cooling LLC will be back to straighten this installation out, correct the problems, and leave this homeowner with a system that is safe, serviceable, and done the way it should have been from day one.
Quality workmanship matters. Experience matters. Who you hire matters.

Day 1 of another boiler replacement in the books! 🔧🔥
Out with the old and in with the new. Today we got the old oil boiler drained down, disconnected, removed, and the new Utica boiler brought in and set in place.
Tomorrow we’ll finish the piping, electrical, venting, get everything fired up, tested, and ready for another heating season.
That old boiler definitely put in its time — this new setup is going to be a huge improvement.
