It features stacked transom windows, hip roofs with extended overhangs and metal horizontal lines all wrapped in a variety of fresh, modern veneers. The interior is designed with a grand foyer, vaulted fireplace TV wall, open stairs all curated in a modern prairie finishes and decor.

Our 2025 Parade Home, a Modern Barndo’. Barndominiums are traditionally designed with a simplistic, rural-rustic, semi-industrial approach. They can be built to feel quite homey with their wood beams, natural detail, vaulted ceilings and stone work. The oversized windows, 2nd floor loft overlooking common area, typically very wide open floor plan adds a modern flair to its rustic appeal.
