A worn out roof was no match for the DelPrete Home Improvements team! This Middleborough homeowner reached out for a full roof replacement, and we were excited to help enhance both the protection and appearance of their home. 🔨✨

Our crew began by fully protecting the property, tarping from the roofline to the ground before carefully removing two layers of existing shingles. Once the roof deck was prepped, we installed Rhino Granulated Ice & Water Protection with 9' Eaves coverage, followed by Rhino U20 underlayment for superior weather protection. 💪🌦️

For the finishing touch, the homeowner selected Owens Corning TruDef Duration Shingles in Peppercorn, paired with matching Hip & Ridge Shingles. Peppercorn's blend of charcoal, warm brown, and subtle gray tones creates a bold, modern appearance that looks especially stunning against New England's wooded landscapes.

Another beautiful roof transformation by the DelPrete Home Improvements Team in Weymouth, MA! 🔨 Our homeowner was ready for a full roof replacement, and we were proud to deliver a roofing system built for both durability and curb appeal.

A local Raynham project brought the DelPrete Home Improvements Roofing Team right down the street! Our crew completed a full roof replacement, starting with protective tarping from the roof to the ground to keep the home and surrounding property clean and protected throughout the entire process. Once prepped, we removed the existing roofing system down to and including, the first layer before installing a high performance weather barrier system built to last.

For superior protection, we installed Rhino Granulated Ice & Water Shield on the roof, at the 6' Eaves, and around the chimney/cricket, followed by Rhino U20 underlayment for an added layer of durability. Starter Shingles were also installed along all roof edges and Gables to ensure maximum wind resistance and long term performance. 💪🏡

From building rabbit cages at just 14 years old to leading one of the South Shore’s most trusted exterior remodeling companies, owner Jim DelPrete has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for working with his hands. 🛠️🐇

While studying environmental science in college, Jim developed a strong appreciation for sustainability and conservation, values that still guide our company today. 🌎🏡 Those efforts helped DelPrete Home Improvements earn the prestigious Owens Corning Pinnacle Award for Sustainability in both 2023 and 2025. 🏆♻️

Whether it was learning the trades from his father and grandfather, working tough jobs in the field, or eventually leaving defense contracting to pursue his dream of running a home improvement company, Jim has never been afraid of hard work. 💪
