We create spaces that range from spare bed rooms, man caves, home offices, cabana house, pool house, art studio and commercial spaces for restaurants, stores, galleries, or function you may need. Shipping containers buildings are strong, affordable, easy to transport and very quick to install. These ISO shipping containers are built with Heavy Gauge Steel and had been designed to very stringent standards, not only to withstand the extreme weather conditions on sea voyages, but to withstand the stacking of 9 fully loaded containers, making it what they call the strongest box in the world. Their standard dimensions makes them an excellent modular unit and their inherit strength, weather proof nature and availability makes them ideal modular structural components. By reusing the container as a building element we are reducing the amount of energy that goes into producing new building materials. Our smallest model is 8'x20' x 8'-6" high. this 160sqft module it's perfect for a home office, artist studio, music room, kids playground, pop-up store, pop-up gallery, guest house, cabana and more. It's easy and quick to install and in many municipalities it does not require a permit for residential installations. It can be transported and installed virtually in any place. it takes up about the area of a parking space making it ideal for pop-up stores or gallery spaces in festivals, art walks, street markets. The modules can be configured in many ways to suite your personal needs, weather it’s used for living, working, learning, relaxing or simply to entertain. Add a bathroom, kitchen, doors, windows, skylights, solar panels and make it your own. Whether you like a more traditional design or something more contemporary and modern we can help you. Combine 2 or more modules and create different spaces! The modular design makes it a living building, one that can expand as your needs grow, a building that can be tailored to your budget. Moving to a new place? You can take it with you, sell it or give it to a family member that needs the space.
