Good luck to our hometown team tonight! 🐾

🦺 What happens when you get the whole crew together? A LOT.

Once a year, we get the opportunity to bring our entire team together in one place — and our 2026 Safety Meeting was a day packed with training, teamwork, good food, laughs, giveaways and a look at where we’re headed next.

✔️ Safety & industry training
✔️ Foreman meetings
✔️ New systems & processes
✔️ Time to explain the why behind changes coming from the office
✔️ Tool giveaways
✔️ Great food
✔️ And, most importantly, time together as a team

Our crews spend most of the year spread out across different jobs, so having everyone under one roof is pretty rare.

It gives us a chance to celebrate what we accomplished this year, recognize the people doing the work, answer questions, share ideas and make sure everyone — from the field to the office — understands the bigger picture.

We believe investing in our people means investing in the future of our company. Better training. Better communication. Better systems. Better work.

And yes… we believe a good meal and a few giveaways make a safety meeting even better. 😉😂

We’re proud of this team and everything they accomplished in 2026. If you want to see what it’s like behind the scenes at a company that’s always working to get better, follow along.

There’s a lot more coming. 👀💪

Another productive week for the Flowmaster crews! 💪🔥

From building walls 🧱 and pouring concrete, to dirtwork 🚜, remodel projects 🏠, pump station work 💧, closing out jobs ✅, and finishing up with seed & straw 🌱 — our crews covered a little bit of everything this week!

A lot of moving dirt, building strong, tackling unique projects, and getting jobs across the finish line. Every crew stayed busy and put in the work to keep things moving forward.

Big week. Big progress. Great work, Flowmaster! 👊🔥

🚧 Another project is coming to an end! 🚧

As we wrap up this project, we want to take a moment to recognize the guys who have put in the long, hot days and hard work to get it across the finish line. 💪🏼☀️

Concrete work isn’t easy, especially when the temperatures climb, but these crews (and some not pictured) showed up, worked hard, and continued to push through every day. Their dedication, teamwork, and attention to getting the job done right are what make projects like this possible.

We truly appreciate every one of you and the effort you put in day after day. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed! 👏🏼

One more project nearly in the books! 🏗️🦺
Thank you to our crew for another job well done!

If you know any of the guys that worked on this year’s Moberly project tag them below.
