This was, by far, one of the most worn out and damaged floors that we have ever been tasked with bringing back to life.

This one had it all - Water damage, pet urine stains, entire chunks of missing wood…

We were able to remedy most of the damage with spot repairs. Cutting out certain boards in the floor and weaving in new ones.

One room (the first set of pictures) had to be completely torn out and replaced.

After all the repairs were finished and everything was given a thorough sand, we sealed the floor with Bona US Professional ClearSeal and finished with HD Traffic Satin.

To say this floor came back better than ever is an understatement. But with the correct tools, process, and team, we got it done and the results speak for themselves.

The last guys forgot something…

Whoever installed this floor created a custom piece to finish off the install by securing three rows of boards together and dropping it in.

The problem? They neglected to secure the custom piece to the subfloor! It’s not attached at all and lifts right up with just a little bit of upwards force.

One thing I can say about the people who installed this floor; I’m sure they got it done fast!
