🚧 Pond Erosion & Drainage Project
Another One in the Books!

This project was a full drainage, erosion control, and site-prep job from start to finish.

We tackled several issues around the property, including:

• Built a boulder retaining wall along the pond to help control erosion
• Installed drain tile behind the boulder wall to help manage water and prevent further erosion
• Tied in 7 downspouts and routed the discharge away from the home and out toward the pond
• Piped the sump pump discharge out to the pond
• Excavated and installed the necessary drainage piping around the home
• Graded the property to create proper drainage away from the house
• Prepared and graded a new parking area addition
• Installed geotextile fabric for added stability
• Installed 21AA crushed concrete and compacted the base
• Established the proper slope so water sheds away from the house and toward the pond

A lot goes into making sure water is moved where it needs to go and the finished site is built to hold up.
