What people are saying about us recently!

We’re hiring at SELA Renovations — and I’d love some help finding the right person.

We’re looking for an experienced construction Project Manager / Operator to join our team in Southeast Louisiana.

But we’re not just looking for someone to manage a checklist.

We want someone who understands construction, can take ownership of multiple renovation projects, communicate well with homeowners, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, and solve problems in the field before they become bigger problems.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us and help build the company.

SELA Renovations is still early in its growth, which means this person will have a real opportunity to help shape how we operate. For the right person, this role could grow into leading production and operations for the company as we expand.

A great candidate might currently be a:

• Project Manager
• Assistant Project Manager
• Superintendent
• Lead Carpenter
• Production Manager/Coordinator
• Experienced field operator ready for more responsibility

We’re looking for 3+ years of construction experience, ideally in residential renovation, remodeling, restoration, or custom residential construction.

We care much more about ownership, construction knowledge, communication, organization, and leadership than having the perfect résumé.

If someone immediately comes to mind when you read this, please tag them, share this with them, or send me a message.

Sometimes the best people aren’t looking on Indeed. They’re already doing great work somewhere and waiting for the right opportunity.

New Orleans / Southeast Louisiana

Please share — I’d really appreciate our network helping us find the right person.

SELA Renovations is looking for a construction-minded operator who can take ownership of active renovation projects and help us build the operating backbone of a growing company.
