Every Before and After represents the countless hours of manpower it took to bring an owner's vision to life, and seeing the final result is icing on the cake. And from blueprint to a bustling Hudson hot-spot, we love seeing this 4,000+ SF, 2-story destination thrive on Lowell Road.

Not your ordinary eatery, ground up construction also included the chic Valderbilt Event Venue—complete with a gorgeous outdoor patio for weddings, parties, and milestones.

Every time we drive past, we can't help but smile with gratitude at knowing that we were part of it making it happen!

When you’ve got over 100 yards of concrete to pour on the Friday before Labor Day, you bring out the headlights, get after it early, and execute. 🚜

We’ve been hard at work in Boscawen NH, on a comprehensive renovation for the NH State Forest Nursery. Scope of work includes a 3,800 SF 1-story addition, and a new walk-in cooler, as well as expansion of the existing historic barn structure.

The NH State Forest Nursery is the only bare-root tree seedling nursery in New England supplying native trees and shrubs to local landowners for forest conservation – and we are proud to be a small part of its ongoing mission.

It’s not often you get the honor of helping restore a true historic landmark, but our team is currently hard at work on The Upham House in Concord, NH.

Originally built in 1831, this beautiful landmark features a unique L-shaped building connected to an old barn—and both need some expert care. Right now, our crew is on-site stripping off the aging clapboards and replacing them with durable Hardie Plank siding, followed by a fresh coat of paint to keep this piece of local history protected for another 190+ years.

We are getting closer to the finish line at The The Ridge Treatment Center in Milton, NH. Drywall is done, and the flooring is going in. Soon these buildings will be modern, supportive living spaces for youth ages 12–17. And we can’t wait to see it!

The best thing about new projects is the partnerships forged around the job!

We're excited to share that Oak Ridge Electrical has been selected to perform the APS, Duress & Fire Alarm Upgrade at the New Hampshire State Hospital in Concord, NH!

Construction is scheduled to begin during the first week of August 2026, and our team will be working with Triple Construction to upgrade critical life safety and security systems throughout the facility.

This project includes improvements to the:
⚡ Assault Prevention System (APS)
🚨 Duress Alarm System
🔥 Fire Alarm System

We're grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a project that helps enhance the safety and security of an important public healthcare facility serving our community.

It seems like just yesterday we started work on the 2 buildings at the The Ridge Treatment Center. Here’s a quick snapshot of the phases of work so far.

The goal: to turn these buildings into warm, modern, and supportive living spaces for youth ages 12–17. It's great to be playing a part in creating a safe, welcoming environment where these young residents can truly thrive.
