It’s not often you get the honor of helping restore a true historic landmark, but our team is currently hard at work on The Upham House in Concord, NH.

Originally built in 1831, this beautiful landmark features a unique L-shaped building connected to an old barn—and both need some expert care. Right now, our crew is on-site stripping off the aging clapboards and replacing them with durable Hardie Plank siding, followed by a fresh coat of paint to keep this piece of local history protected for another 190+ years.

We are getting closer to the finish line at The The Ridge Treatment Center in Milton, NH. Drywall is done, and the flooring is going in. Soon these buildings will be modern, supportive living spaces for youth ages 12–17. And we can’t wait to see it!

The best thing about new projects is the partnerships forged around the job!

We're excited to share that Oak Ridge Electrical has been selected to perform the APS, Duress & Fire Alarm Upgrade at the New Hampshire State Hospital in Concord, NH!

Construction is scheduled to begin during the first week of August 2026, and our team will be working with Triple Construction to upgrade critical life safety and security systems throughout the facility.

This project includes improvements to the:
⚡ Assault Prevention System (APS)
🚨 Duress Alarm System
🔥 Fire Alarm System

We're grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a project that helps enhance the safety and security of an important public healthcare facility serving our community.

It seems like just yesterday we started work on the 2 buildings at the The Ridge Treatment Center. Here’s a quick snapshot of the phases of work so far.

The goal: to turn these buildings into warm, modern, and supportive living spaces for youth ages 12–17. It's great to be playing a part in creating a safe, welcoming environment where these young residents can truly thrive.

We are excited to share that Triple Construction has officially begun work on the Main Office and Entrance Security design-build Project at Hopkinton Middle High School in Contoocook, NH.

This security redesign is explicitly planned to modernize safety standards across the building. Key upgrades include establishing a secured, controlled vestibule that requires all visitors to check in at the main office before accessing the school's interior.

We are proud to partner on a project that prioritizes a safer environment for students, staff, and the community. Stay tuned for more updates as construction progresses! 🔨

We are excited to share these exterior updates of the The Ridge Treatment Center taking shape. While the outside is coming together beautifully, interior work is also well underway.

These buildings are being transformed into modern, supportive living spaces and common areas designed specifically for youth ages 12–17. We’re incredibly honored to play a part in creating a welcoming, safe environment where these residents can truly thrive.
