We are HIRING again!

Right now we are looking to add Full Time, Part Time and Seasonal Staff for Landscape Maintenance, Design/Build and Snow Removal.

This is a family business and we are very flexible with our staff and treat every one of our members like they are family. We have Competitive Pay, Paid Time Off with all major holidays included. Healthcare, Dental and Retirement benefits are all available and most weekends are free and so are the occasional jobsite lunches. Shirts, Hoodies and Winter Jackets are all provided to our members

Experience is great and starting pay is commensurate but if you are an outdoors person that likes to work with your hands while using your brains then this might be the profession for you and we will make sure that you are doing things the right way. Lots of training is available and we encourage it.

We want to see everybody succeed in their career so professional development is available throughout the year. We will pay for your DOT medical and get you trained to sit for the MA Hoisting License exams if required by your job function or help you get certified as a NH Landscape Professional or a MA certified Horticulturalist.

For starters you must be a US citizen, have reliable transportation to our office in Merrimac, MA and come with a good attitude and willingness to start on your own and a desire to make every customer interaction positive.

Summer is marching on and jobs never sits still. The tasks all of our crews handle on a daily basis, be it mowing, pruning, garden renovation, lighting, stone masonry etc is astounding

We would like to thank everybody for the stellar performance to date this landscape season and look forward to a strong finish before we change over to Snow Removal
