In a couple weeks we went from nothing to having the land cut and graded for water flow, plumbing under the slab, infloor heat piping, driveway and concrete all poured. Very excited for the next phase, framing.

Some else that I do other than building is mowing. I went as far as I could go by the pond without putting the skid steer in the water. I did leave some spot for cover because all the waterfowl birds like it.

I’m a little late on this post but the infloor piping was stapled down a couple days ago. All the edges have a double run to ensure the edge stays warm during the winter. My guys use a thicker line also so they can with stand people walking on them and to hold up the best for when concrete gets poured.

More photos to come. The framing will start in about 2 weeks.

Once some dirt has been stripped away, some road base was put down and some sand. My guys really like the blue gravel and believe it holds up the best. The stuff that’s on top is sand, dark blue sand. Same as the blue rock but just crushed down to sand.

The concrete forms are in for a slab on grade with the grade beam dug in. The plumbers were out roughing in all the piping that goes under the slab.

A small little sneak peak of a new construction house build happening. Broke ground last week getting the foundation prepped. More photos to come and more info about the house coming also.
