Project update 👀

The addition is officially taking shape!

The footings are in, the concrete is poured, and this stamped finish is already making the space feel like it was always meant to be here.

Concrete work can get a little messy — especially when access to the backyard means temporarily working through a neighboring yard. But the job isn’t finished when the concrete is poured. Our cleanup crew comes back through to restore everything, clean up the work areas, and make sure the surrounding spaces look just like they did before we arrived.

And we think the finished result speaks for itself. The new stamped concrete blends seamlessly with the existing concrete, creating a cohesive look that feels original to the home. 🤌🏼

Next up… walls! We can’t wait to see this addition really start coming to life.

Progress is happening! 👏

Steve is back at this Middleton two-story addition project with another construction update. The addition is officially on, inspections have been approved, and the team is ready to move into the next phase.

Drywall is coming soon, which means this space is about to start feeling like home.
