Grateful for another week doing what we love.

From job sites and finished homes to the people we get to work alongside every day, there’s a lot to appreciate. Building homes is rewarding, but being able to build them with family, a great crew, and support from our community makes it even better.

Seeing projects come together from the ground up never gets old — especially knowing they’ll become part of someone’s everyday life and memories for years to come.

We don’t take any of it for granted.

Hope everyone is able to slow down a little today and enjoy the people around them.

Projects like this take a lot of moving parts to bring together successfully.

From the initial planning and layout to the framing, finish work, cabinetry, flooring, tile, paint, lighting, and final details — every phase matters. This home was built to combine functionality, durability, and clean modern finishes throughout every room.

Primary Suite & Bathroom

The primary suite is one of the spaces we spent the most time designing in this build.

We wanted it to feel open, relaxing, and functional from the moment you walk in. The oversized bedroom flows directly into the bathroom, custom closet system, and laundry access to create a layout that simply makes everyday life easier.

The bathroom features a freestanding soaking tub, full tile shower surrounds, custom niches, double vanity, matte black fixtures, and plenty of storage — all tied together with warm flooring and clean finishes.

A lot of planning goes into spaces like this long before the finishes are installed. Layout, lighting, storage, traffic flow, and functionality all matter just as much as the finished look.

This one came together exactly how we envisioned it.

This is one of our favorite parts of the home because it brings everything together.

The open-concept living area was designed to feel spacious without wasting square footage. Vaulted ceilings, natural light, durable flooring, custom cabinetry, and the contrasting island all work together to create a clean modern feel while still keeping the space warm and comfortable.

A lot of attention went into the finishing details here — cabinet layout, lighting placement, trim work, flooring transitions, and overall flow through the kitchen and living areas.

We build homes to function well for real life, not just look good in photos.

This home was designed with clean lines, strong contrast, durable finishes, and a layout that fits naturally on the property. From the exterior selections to the covered entry and overall placement of the home on the lot, every detail was planned to maximize both appearance and functionality.

Building on acreage also means thinking through drainage, elevation, access, views, and long-term usability — not just the house itself.
