These systems in our home save so much mental space. Really helps my mood and peace of mind knowing I don’t have to think about these things.

What are some home systems you have? ⤵️

& here are 6 ways to use your ClickUp brain 👇

Here’s what you need…

ClickUp brain = using AI that already knows your ClickUp workspace to help you build, plan, and organize the work for you.

It’s the kind of thing that makes you stop and say:

“Wait… that only took 5 minutes to build?!”

It’s what helps you stop spending an hour manually setting something up that AI could have built with you in minutes.

If you’re stuck doing wayyyy too much manually in ClickUp, try one of these ⬇️

6 ways to use your ClickUp brain

- Give it a new project and have it plan the entire thing with phases, tasks, subtasks, and deadlines.

- Tell it what information you need to collect on a form and have it create the custom fields you’ll need.

- Upload a screenshot of notes, a spreadsheet, an email, or literally your chicken scratch and have it turn everything into actual tasks.

- Give it an existing workflow and ask what could be automated so you can stop manually moving tasks, assigning people, or sending the same updates.

- Have it take a process you already do and turn it into an SOP your team can actually follow.

- Ask it to review an existing project or process and point out what’s missing, duplicated, or creating extra work.

ClickUp brain = worth skipping the hours it takes to build from scratch.

My job is to help you build a business that requires less of your time, and ClickUp is one of the tools that can help you do that.

Systems, organization, saving 10+ hours a week are my love language around here.

A few “silly” facts about me:
• I built my entire clickup six years ago and haven’t had to rebuild it once.
• I have two kids two and under
• I use the ymca childcare to work
• I’m an early bird and take meetings at 6am
• I care way more about peaceful days than “hustle”
• I’m allergic to alcohol
• I’ve helped over 2500 online service providers save time w/efficient clickup systems

But also… this is exactly why I care so much about what I teach and do for online service providers.

Your business should make your life easier, not take it over.

If you’re into simple systems, real life, and not overcomplicating everything… you’re in the right place, follow along.

Comment “MASTER” to decrease some overwhelm in your life!

I have never been more productive than I am in a random 30-minute block of silence since becoming a mom. 😂

Because mom life is WILD.

You start folding laundry and two hours later you’ve changed a diaper, made three snacks, cleaned up spilled milk, found a missing toy, reheated your coffee twice… and somehow the laundry is still sitting there.

So when I randomly get 30 minutes to work, I cannot spend 15 of them figuring out what I need to do.

That’s why ClickUp holds my entire business.

My client work. My business tasks. My deadlines. My recurring work. Everything.

If I suddenly have 39 minutes to work, I open ClickUp and immediately know exactly what needs my attention.

No brain dump.
No checking 14 places.
No wasting half of my quiet time trying to remember what I was doing.

Because I might have 39 minutes.

Or I might have 7. 😂

And THAT is why having systems that hold your business for you matters so much more to me now than it ever did before kids.

Want that too? Comment “ROADMAP” and I’ll send you my free guide to save your brain space!

House cleaner - I can barely keep up with two kids, having our house cleaner is literally worth every single penny.

ClickUp Biz Plus - no more “you have to upgrade to use that feature” I use every feature and clickup, and learning new things constantly.

ChatGPT - yes, I am breaking up with AI for my marketing content, but I also still use AI a lot for various different things. A really big one is troubleshooting why something is not working.

Breville Espresso Machine - goodbye coffee run and hundred of dollars wasted. It has saved us soooooo much money.

Oil Change Membership - Our dealership has a deal for three oil changes for $99. Even if we only got two of them that is less than what one would oil change cost.

What are you top five “worth it” items?
