It's becoming more and more often you hear this story...We were hired by a local resident here in Meredith to replace the deck boards, railing and balusters. We did exactly what we were asked to do. This homeowner informed me that she had hired a contractor prior to us to do exactly this same job. This Contractor took her $3500 deposit and never returned to the job to even start. Always be sure to check references, reviews and meet your contractor face to face to discuss the terms always with a signature to follow..
