Looking for extra income this winter without a full-time commitment? Join our Seasonal Snow Shoveling On-Call Roster!

Role Summary:
- Part Time/ Seasonal/ On-Call
- Crew Members will be called in to work 4-8hr shifts as needed during significant winter weather events (typically November through March)
- Hourly rate: $25hr

Responsibilities:
-Manual removal of snow/ice from designated walkways, emergency exits, entryways, specific routes.
- Applying de-icing agents (salt, sand, etc) as directed.
- Following all safety protocols and working as part of a team to complete assigned routes efficiently.
- Must be willing to work shifts during irregular hours (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on weather conditions.

Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to/from company shop
- Ability to perform physical labor, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods in extreme cold and wet conditions.
- Must have reliable contact method (phone) and be able to respond to call-in requests with short notice (typically 2-4hrs).
- Prior experience with manual labor or snow removal is a plus, but not required.
