PROJECT SPOTLIGHT ✨ | A Custom Dover
Just over 4,200 square feet. 5 bedrooms. 3.5 baths. And a home designed entirely around the way our clients wanted to live.
This custom split ranch began with our Dover floor plan—but that’s really where the similarities end.
The unique shape of the homesite required us to rethink and reimagine much of the original design, carefully tailoring the footprint to the lot while maximizing every square foot. The result is a home with intentional spaces, effortless flow and virtually no wasted space.
Inside, soaring ceilings and expansive windows flood the open-concept main living area with natural light. A chef’s kitchen anchors the space with an oversized island and generous walk-in pantry, while a spacious mudroom and oversized storage closet ensure there truly is a place for everything.
Just beyond the dinette, the screened porch becomes an extension of the home—complete with a fireplace, TV and built-in speakers for year-round entertaining.
And downstairs? We took “finished basement” to another level.
Tall ceilings. A golf simulator. A full front-and-back wet bar. Two additional bedrooms and a full bath. Expansive recreation space. And one of our favorite features: a bonus room constructed beneath the garage, transformed into a private batting cage.
This is what custom building means to us.
It isn’t about choosing a floor plan and making a few selections. It’s about listening to how you live, understanding what matters to your family, studying the opportunities of your homesite and designing a home around all of it—while remaining thoughtful about the budget established from the beginning.
Our Dover was the starting point.
This home is entirely theirs.
