One of the craziest parts of building a home is making design decisions months before you ever see the final product.

You stand in a showroom staring at a single tile sample, pick a grout color from a tiny board, and hope it all comes together exactly how you imagined.

Then the tile gets installed… but the lights aren’t even on yet. So you wait. And wait.

Today was finally the moment we got to see it all come to life and this green tile absolutely exceeded our expectations.

Sometimes the biggest design risks end up becoming your favorite spaces in the entire home. Also Max Rubenstein gets some credit…some.
