JUST COMPLETED | GERMANTOWN, TN

Excited to share our latest completed home in Olde Field Green.

4,800 square feet, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and a floor plan designed around the way families actually live. Soaring ceilings, an oversized kitchen and scullery, main level primary suite, private office, three car garage, and covered outdoor living with fireplace.

We put a lot of thought into this one, from the flow of the floor plan to the finishes and details throughout, and we’re incredibly proud of how it came together.

Now offered at $1.2M.

One of the craziest parts of building a home is making design decisions months before you ever see the final product.

You stand in a showroom staring at a single tile sample, pick a grout color from a tiny board, and hope it all comes together exactly how you imagined.

Then the tile gets installed… but the lights aren’t even on yet. So you wait. And wait.

Today was finally the moment we got to see it all come to life and this green tile absolutely exceeded our expectations.

Sometimes the biggest design risks end up becoming your favorite spaces in the entire home. Also Max Rubenstein gets some credit…some.

Would you have been brave enough to choose this color?

Not your typical Germantown house and we think that’s a good thing! #901

From a sketch on the wall to custom built-ins that look exactly as envisioned.

This is one of my favorite parts of building homes. What starts as a simple drawing becomes a finished feature that feels like it’s always belonged there.

The details matter. The planning matters. And having the right craftsmen matters.

Custom homes aren’t just about square footage—they’re about creating spaces that work specifically for the families who live in them.

The stage most people never see… where the craftsmanship happens.
Hand-built mudroom cubbies, custom stair treads, and trim details that will quietly make this home feel different from the moment you walk in.
