Today I was reminded why I love my job. One of my sweetest and longest customers/friend left me this card taped to her door. Back story is her husband “Joe” passed away awhile back and about 2 weeks before he passed he was sitting in his recliner and he called me over and said when I go I need you to take care of Ronni and I have never forgotten it. I was honored for him to think of me in that way. Ronni has been one greatest customers and friends, always asking how my wife and kids are doing.
I say this all the time to my customers and to others “it’s not always about making money”. Today I was reminded of that!
