Growth Capital Partners needed a 499,960-square-foot industrial facility to keep running for its tenant while the parking and drive areas got a full mill and pave.

Bryan Kay led our Birmingham crew, milling and repaving 5,550 square yards and placing 640 tons of asphalt, coordinating the schedule around the property so the tenant's operations never had to stop.

Our Huntsville Division completed a multi-phase site improvement project at Village on Whitesburg Plaza, a grocery-anchored shopping center in Huntsville, Alabama, covering asphalt milling and paving, concrete work, striping, and ADA compliance upgrades.

Because the center remained fully open and tenant-occupied throughout construction, our crews scheduled milling and paving overnight and concrete pours in the early morning to avoid disrupting daily business. Thanks to partner contractors Apache Electrical Contractors Inc., CSFCO Steel, and Kimley-Horn for their collaboration on this project.

Our Chattanooga Division completed asphalt and concrete work at the Pilot Travel Center in Rising Fawn, Georgia, a 24-hour facility along I-59 with 150 parking spaces and 10 diesel fuel lanes.

STULZ | Dayton, TN

Our Chattanooga team partnered with STULZ to improve and expand their facility's parking lot, completing asphalt repair, restriping, and a lot expansion that increased capacity by roughly 25%.

These upgrades give employees and visitors better functionality on-site while extending the lifespan of the pavement for years to come.

Great to see this one finished and already put to use.
