BEFORE → AFTER
This was a satisfying project… let us do more like this!
Roof issues can look very different, and we would love to help with whatever your roof needs.

Not everyone needs a new roof! If you’re starting to notice black algae streaks, moss, or green growth on your roof, give Joey with OTM Construction a call at 901-687-9651. We can help determine if a professional roof cleaning is the right solution and give you a free quote if so.

Taking care of buildup early can help keep your roof in good condition and prevent moisture-related problems from becoming bigger issues down the road.

Who wants a hole in their roof?!
What started as a small leak became a small hole after being ignored.
We like to keep outdoor issues outdoors, before they cause indoor damage!!!

A few missing shingles doesn’t seem like a big deal until some rain comes… and it’s raining inside. Any opening to moisture can lead to rotten decking, then interior leaks, even possible mold… no thank you!

We would love to help you spend less to replace a few missing shingles while you can, before you need a whole water damage repair project.

Call Joey with OTM Construction at 901-687-9651 for a free estimate.

Some say lightning doesn’t strike twice in the same place…
But for this unlucky company, a forklift made its way through a wall for the second time in a year.

Luckily for us, the company trusted us to get their shared wall back in shape to allow both businesses to continue their day to day work. Call Joey for an estimate on your drywall needs at (901) 687-9651!
