MH Williams Construction is now Landry/French Construction.

For decades, the MH Williams team has been proud to serve clients throughout Florida. Today, we’re excited to begin the next chapter under the Landry/French Construction brand.

While the name and brand are changing, our Melbourne office, local leadership, project teams and commitment to our Florida clients remain the same.

MH Williams became part of Landry/French in 2024, bringing together two organizations with a shared commitment to quality construction, strong client relationships and the people behind every project.

As part of this transition, our Florida team will now operate fully under the Landry/French name, backed by the resources and expertise of a 100% employee-owned company with more than 140 employees serving clients across Maine and Florida.

After 39 remarkable years with MH Williams Construction, our Vice President of Operations, Randy Trent, retired on June 1. While we are genuinely happy for Randy as he begins this well-earned next chapter, it's difficult to put into words just how much he will be missed.

As MH Williams Construction's first employee, Randy has been part of the company’s fabric since day one. His dedication, consistency, and leadership have left a lasting mark on our organization and on the people who have had the privilege of working alongside him. He showed up every day with integrity, care, and a genuine commitment to doing what was right for the company and for others.

Many of us have benefited from Randy’s experience, guidance, and yes, his crazy stories. His knowledge cannot be replaced, but the example he set through his professionalism, work ethic, and respect for others will continue to influence our culture for years to come.

We are deeply grateful for everything Randy has given to MH Williams Construction. His contribution goes far beyond any title or accomplishment. It lives on in the legacy he leaves behind and the people he has impacted.
