Well here's something I never thought we'd be dealing with in the plumbing business 😂

One of our property management customers is now using AI to schedule service calls and handle repair approvals. We had a Tech onsite ready to take care of a plumbing issue but he couldn't do anything without preapproval. So now I'm sitting here emailing back and forth with a computer trying to get permission to fix someone's toilet 🤦‍♀️

I understand technology is changing but good grief... can we just talk to an actual person anymore?! At this rate we're going to need our own robot just to deal with theirs 😂

We tried to give him the day off paid for his birthday and he refused 😂 He said he’d take half a day, so we gave him the next two Fridays off at noon too.

Dalton works incredibly hard and has been so loyal to us and this company. He’s been right there with us through a lot of growth and we truly wouldn’t be where we are today without him.
