Check out this project we just wrapped up. Beautiful timber framed home.
Closed cell spray foam insulation can achieve R38 with just 5” of foam! This gives you the ability to get R38 in 2x6 rafters that otherwise would only have R19.

Out with the old in with the new! What are the benefits of switching to spray foam insulation?
- More efficient.
The average home will save nearly 30% on energy bills when switching the spray foam insulation. This can be even higher with ductwork and HVAC in the attic. (If your ductwork is in your attic you are paying to heat and cool the attic!)
- Air seal.
Closed cell spray foam is an air and v***r barrier. Keeping your temperature controlled air in while preventing condensation and moisture issues.
- Less dusty of a house
With HVAC in the attic it leaves room for dust to mitigate from old insulation into the ductwork and into the home.
