Potatoes and onions are finally in! I think my beautiful cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower seedlings are going to need to wait a few days for it to cool down. Unless I get them a shade structure constructed today.

Santa brought the pasta attachment for my stand mixer. Sunday was beef and egg noodles and tonight was spaghetti with red meat sauce. I can't wait until garden season to start experimenting. I have so many ideas running thru my head- basil pesto, garlic butter sauce, spinach pasta, etc.!
