Interior design is so much more than selecting paint colors and pretty furniture. 🤎

Behind every beautifully finished space are hundreds of decisions, conversations, and details that most people never see.

We’re reviewing architectural plans, refining layouts, designing custom cabinetry and millwork, coordinating with builders and trades, selecting materials, creating detailed drawings, managing budgets, sourcing furnishings, overseeing procurement, troubleshooting unexpected challenges, and making sure every last detail comes together as intended.

And that’s just scratching the surface.

Our job is to think through the details before they become problems, advocate for our clients throughout the process, and create a home that feels as good as it looks.

Hardworking rooms in the house should be enjoyable.

We brought soul and purpose to this rather confused laundry room in Leesburg. The family was making it work. Sure, it did the laundry. But was it functioning the best that it could for this family? No. Was doing the somewhat mundane task of laundry enjoyable in the space? Also no.

So we fixed it ☺️

Yes. Mouldings and millwork are an additional cost. Wallpaper isn’t cheap. But when the result is THAT dramatic - don’t you think it’s worth it?? We do.

Just because it’s old news doesn’t mean it’s not good news! Seeing posts of this year’s class of 40 Under 40 made me want to do a little throwback!

Did you know Alicia was awarded the 40 Under 40 award in 2015? And her husband, Todd, received the award the year prior.

Two young(er) entrepreneurs hungry to take on the world. How far we’ve come! Yet it still feels like we’re just getting started.

Congratulations to the 2026 class!
