Tall bottles? Heavy items? No problem.
For this Dallas, TX customer, we removed the existing cabinet shelf to create extra height and installed custom solid white birch pullouts designed around what they actually needed to store.
The heavy-duty bottom pullout has a 200-lb capacity—ideal for liquor bottles, tumblers, small appliances and other tall or heavy items. The shorter upper pullout keeps shot glasses, accessories and smaller items organized and easy to reach.

What happens if a pull-out shelf ever needs service?
We recently received a call from a customer whose custom drawer under the cooktop wasn't soft closing properly. We installed it about two years ago.
After a quick inspection, it turned out to be a simple adjustment. A few minutes later, the drawer was opening and soft closing perfectly again.
The customer expected to pay for a service call. Instead, we told him there was no charge—it was covered by our lifetime warranty.
We believe a warranty should be more than words on paper. It should mean standing behind your work long after the installation is complete.
