The Patriot is a mid-sized home plan that offers plenty of room for family, guests and flexible living. It includes 1,404 square feet above ground, with the option to add another 864 square feet in a finished walkout basement.
The main floor includes a bedroom, kitchen and a combined living and dining area designed for everyday comfort. A full bath is centrally located for convenient access from the bedroom, kitchen and living space. It is also easily reached from the back deck through either the kitchen or living room, making it practical for outdoor entertaining.
Upstairs, two bedrooms share a full bath, creating comfortable private space for family members or overnight guests.
The optional finished walkout basement expands the home’s possibilities even further. It includes two additional bedrooms, a den, a full bath and a laundry area, making it ideal for larger families, visiting guests, recreation space or a private lower-level retreat.
