This one has been a journey. 🤍

From the early stages of construction to seeing all of the finishing details come together, this Waunakee home has been a labor of love.

It’s so fun to look back at where it started and see just how far it has come. We’re getting close to the finish line, and this home is coming together beautifully. 🏡

It’s all in the details. 🤍

From unfinished to one of our favorite features in this home.

The combination of warm wood, black metal railing and soft carpet gives this staircase the perfect mix of modern and timeless.

Sometimes it’s the details you walk past every day that make a home feel special.

From foundation to finishes. 🏡

It’s always fun to look back and see just how far a new build has come.

This one started with an empty foundation this spring, and now we’re getting to the really fun part as cabinetry, flooring and all of those finishing details start bringing the homeowners’ vision to life.

We can’t wait to show you the finished product! 👀

The kitchen got a new look!
White cabinetry, quartz countertops, black fixtures and hardware, open shelving and one of our favorite details, hex tile in the perfect Urso blue. 💙
We love finding little ways to bring our brand into the new office while still keeping the character of the original schoolhouse.
Swipe to see where we started and how this space came together! --->

Talk about a before & after. 👀
This little bathroom in the old schoolhouse has come a LONG way!
One of our favorite parts of renovating this building has been figuring out what to change and what deserves to stay. In here, we kept the original wood floors, windows, trim and door, then gave everything around them a fresh new look.
A little wallpaper, some color, new lighting and fixtures completely transformed the space while still letting some of that old schoolhouse character shine through. 🤍
Swipe to see where we started because this before is a good one. 😂

Rainy days aren’t so bad when you have a fireplace at the office. 🤍🔥

We’re still waiting on some of our furniture to arrive to make this space feel a little more cozy and complete, but on a rainy day like today, we’re pretty happy to have this!

Slowly but surely, our new office is coming together. 💙

Apparently this one made it to Instagram but never made its way over to Facebook with the rest of our posts. 🤷🏼‍♀️ And it’s way too good not to share with our Facebook friends too! 🤍

A little peek inside our new conference room!

We had so much fun blending the history of this old schoolhouse with a fresh, modern feel. From the old drafting table to the classroom inspired details and statement light fixture, every piece helps tell the story of this space.

We’re pretty excited to call it home. 💙

A peek inside another part of our new workspace 🖤
We may be a little biased, but even the hardworking spaces deserve to look good.
Black cabinetry, brass hardware, plenty of storage and a textured tile backsplash completely transformed this space.
Who says office storage has to be boring? 🖤
