Sometimes a clogged drain is more than just a clog.
This homeowner called us because their drains were backing up. While cleaning the line, Andrew started hitting gravel, something that definitely shouldn't be inside a drain line.
A camera inspection showed us the real problem. The pipe underneath the home's concrete floor had deteriorated and collapsed.
Andrew located the damaged section, saw cut the concrete floor, excavated the failed pipe, replaced it with new piping, and poured the concrete back when the repair was complete.
This is why camera inspections can be so valuable. When a drain problem keeps coming back or something doesn't seem right, we can actually see what's happening inside the line instead of guessing.
