Tenant improvements: Acting on behalf of the owner we will provide project supervision and guidance on all aspects of interior renovations and restacks. Construction management: As a team member we will help to reduce exposure to risk during the construction process, trace schedule and budget cost to insure project closes out as expected. Multisite management: Teaming as a trusted advisor we will develop track and report all aspects of multiple site location improvements for facility re-branding, signage and site upgrades. Schedule Development: Providing a schedule that communicates the intent of the project is our responsibility. We will work with all trades and develop a schedule with sound truthful logic that is easy to understand. Cost analysis: As a service provider we will work with owner and design teams to provide and manage a realistic budget in order to track cost during the design phase.
